TIMOTHY J. MARTINEZ
President and COO
Prior to launching MPAC, Tim spent over 10 years in management consulting working domestically and internationally with companies in various stages of their life cycle. Most recently, Tim was a Director in the Chicago office of Conway MacKenzie, a nationwide premier financial advisory firm. Tim's role involved the financial and operational management of turnaround and restructuring strategies for companies in various industries and stages of distress. In addition, Tim has held interim financial and operational leadership roles with multiple clients over his career. Tim left Conway MacKenzie to become a founding member of MPAC and serves as its President and COO.
Tim holds a Bachelors degree in International Business and Accounting from St. Xavier University and an MBA from the University of Louisiana, Lafayette. Tim is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor.
